She began her career in Nashville with Charles Hawkins Co., the leading independent brokerage firm in Middle Tennessee, where she supported top-producing brokers with transactional, leasing, and analytical expertise. A graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Heather combines her understanding of client behavior with business strategy and training in Entrepreneurial Operating Systems to deliver a personalized, results-driven approach to every client.
